Meet Careerful’s Founder, Carrie Lysenko

Hello!  My name is Carrie Lysenko and I am the founder of Careerful.  I have spent over 20 years leading digital businesses for major brands worth hundreds of millions of dollars but what I’ve learned over the years is that none of that success would have come without the fantastic work done by my teams and the talented folks I’ve had the privilege of leading.  I have coached and mentored hundreds of people over my career and interviewed thousands on my way to becoming an award-winning C-Suite executive. I’ve been the one on the other side of the table deciding whether to give a candidate a chance at a new job or a promotion.  I want to share what I have learned and my experience with anyone who is struggling to figure out what they want to do for a living, how to get ahead in their career, how to get noticed when working remotely, and how to lead people within their own organizations.  At Careerful, we sincerely hope you find the resources and guidance to create a career you love!
